The Pupa Side Table was designed in Mexico City by Lørdag & Søndag and hand-woven by master artisan Alberto Cruz Mejía in the town of Tequisquiapan, Querétaro, Mexico.
The different shapes of the legs of this piece depict the stages of metamorphosis of an insect, therefore the name Pupa.
This piece was woven using natural wicker fiber and it features an internal metal structure providing support and stability.

La mesita auxiliar Pupa fue diseñada por Lørdag & Søndag en la Ciudad de México y tejido a mano por el maestro artesano Alberto Cruz Mejía en el pueblo de Tequisquiapan, Querétaro, México.
Las formas de las patas de esta pieza toman como inspiración las fases de metamorfosis de un insecto, por ende el nombre de Pupa.
Esta pieza fue tejida con fibra de mimbre natural y cuenta con una estructura metálica interna, la cual brinda soporte y estabilidad.
